I have a 23 yr old Merc. S500 that i only use to drive from the DC area to CLT/Rock Hill ... about every 3 months. on this occasion, my left tail light failed as well as my A/C (ouch..it was at least 97 degrees each day), and some other minor stuff. although they couldnt' repair my a/c given timing constraints (on my part), they took care of all other repairs and was even kind enough to give me a 'fair' discount b/c i was in such a jam. i appreciated the gesture. top notch guys/shop. they should teach a class on, "how to do *&^% the right way, including treatment of customers." :-)
